At the Ontario Giants, our commitment to excellence extends beyond the field. Our high-performance Strength & Conditioning program is a cornerstone of our success—designed to help athletes move better, get stronger, and perform at their peak when it matters most.

Led by Donovan Pendegrast, our dedicated Strength & Conditioning Coach, this program delivers a professional, athlete-focused approach built on proven principles of movement, performance, and durability. Donovan brings extensive experience in kinetic movement and athlete development, helping our players translate training directly into on-field performance.

Baseball is a game of explosive actions—throwing, hitting, sprinting, and reacting. Our program is specifically designed to enhance these movements, giving athletes a measurable edge in speed, power, and overall athleticism.

Running from October through April, our structured off-season program provides athletes with the time, guidance, and consistency needed to make real gains.
