Ontario Giants Baseball is a year-round baseball program. We are committed to the development and high performance of amateur baseball players. We are an Elite travel baseball program. We are a member of the Ferguson Jenkins Showcase League.
Our objective is to provide each and every player with the tools that will set them apart, from the rest. To help position each player with a chance to excel at the next level and promote their talents to leading Top University/Colleges and Major League Baseball Scouts. We provide players aged 10 - 18 years old with the best instruction possible. Our excellent, experienced and dedicated coaches, each with expertise in one or more facets of the game, allow us to provide individualized and specialized training.
We provide many opportunities for instruction in our fall program. Our fall development program involves individual and team skill-specific instruction, and introduces players to our customized baseball-specific off-season strength and conditioning programs. In addition to the fall program, there are indoor winter workouts and our spring trip. All of which provide dozens of hours of instruction above and beyond game opportunities.
We are proud to offer our players the chance to play in a high level Year-round program. We are invited because of our top quality athletes who know how to play the game and how to conduct themselves on and off the field. We are also proud to offer reasonable rates to all players
Our goal is simply to play in a league that will allow our players to grow and develop.
The Fergie Jenkins Showcase League
As a member of the Fergie Jenkins Showcase League (FJSL). Our season runs from the first weekend in May until the first weekend in August. All of our Regular season games each weekend which allows for a 28-32 game Ontario schedule. The FJSL playoffs run the last weekend of July and the first weekend of August, depending on your age bracket.
Tournaments and US Travel
Our Elite teams travel throughout the course of the season. Each age-level competes in at least four US-based tournaments, generally running Thursday through Sunday (4-5 game guarantee). This provides our players with valuable exposure to college recruiters, competition against high-level programs and valuable experience learning about travelling as a team and the associated responsibilities.
Higher Play thru Higher Education
Education is first and foremost. We will strive to make good educational and athletic contacts. Our plan is to help provide each and everyone of our players with an opportunity to find a College and University that fits his educational and athletic needs. We will continue to provide the utmost care and assistance to showcase the value of our players. Our goal is to provide the next level opportunities to all of our players. However, we cannot offer guarantees that every player will get a scholarship or play in the US.

Player Development
Player development is a key essential for us. We offer each and every player from our 14u to 18u team. Professional instruction, professional practices that will allow the players to grow as an individual and a team player. As well as maximum exposure to recruiters and scouts.
Starting the in the Fall of 2021. The Ontario Giants will be part of Top100 Canada. The verified player testing system will be a new added value to our player development philosophy and programming.
Team Rosters
We will carry anywhere between 16-20 players (14U/16U), and 20 -25 players (17/18U) because we believe this roster size enables our players to receive appropriate playing and instructional time and provides them with the ability to take time off for school without hindering the clubs ability to compete.
The size of the rosters also gives us leeway on absence and injuries that may or will occur during the seasons. Furthermore, allow us to field a competitive team.

We have payment plans, sponsorship and fundraising opportunities for all parents to utilize. We would like to keep money in your pockets. Players deserve every opportunity to showcase themselves, no matter their financial situation. We are willing to work with everyone. *March Break fee is included in the total cost for players 14 and up. (March Break trips are for players 14 and up)
The Ontario Giants will work hard to maintain a constant level on playing time and development. Our teams will consist a max level of players which will allow us to compete on a yearly basis.
Please note: The information above is very general. Some parts of the program might be affected by weather, cancellations, low number attendance or availability. Our March Break trip is generally associated with our 14u team and above.
